Hi i'm Emi stokes and I'm an 18 year old concert photographer from bath England.
Ever since my first concert taking photos from the front row on my phone I fell in love with concert photograph. Since Then I have developed a passion for live music and photography. The joy that comes with getting a good shot and capturing the memories that comes with going to a concert. with every concert I go to I aim to use my camera to capture the essence of live music from the crowds perspective.
going to a concert and experiencing live music and the incredible show put on by an artist is an experience that can't be put into words. this is where concert photography comes in. concert photography is about having the creative vision to capture those magical moments that come with live music.
Beyond the thrill of capturing the perfect shot, what drives me is the connection forged between the audience, the artist, and myself as the photographer. It's a symbiotic relationship where I become part of the experience, translating the energy of the performance into visual art.
Through photography it gives me the chance to showcase my unique, creative perspective and capture those special moments in a show that reveal the true ethos of the artist and the crowd. Through my work, I aim to not only document the experience for those who were there but also to transport others into the heart of the concert, allowing them to feel the music pulsating through the images.
In all my work I hope to let my love for music and photography shine through by capturing those electrifying moments on stage and the energy of live performances.
